Your use of this website found at (the “Website”) constitutes your (website user) agreement to abide by these Terms of Use. Consulting Ace Inc. (“Website Owner”), the owner of the Website, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates. The use of this website confirms your agreement with the policies outlined herein. This Website is intended for businesses, government organizations, medical facilities, non-profits, and individuals over the age of 18 and is not intended for use by children or minors under the age of 18.

Shipping Information


100% Free FedEx Standard Shipping in the Continental U.S.A. for All Product Orders over $45.

  • This includes free insurance against loss and damage.
  • Our free shipping offer excludes Express and Overnight Shipments for products.
  • If you need Express or Overnight Shipping, you may choose the option at normal rates during checkout.
  • Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern or 11 am Pacific may qualify for same day processing. For orders shipped overnight, this means the order can arrive the day after you placed the order.
  • Product Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged standard shipping rates.
  • iControls Kits and some supplies are not included in this free shipping offer. This is because of the special handling or refrigeration that is required. If a product must be shipped overnight, it will be clearly labeled on the product page as requiring overnight shipping.

100% Free FedEx Overnight Shipping in the Continental U.S.A. for All Specimens as part of our Confirmation and Medical Review Officer (MRO) Employee Drug Testing Services.

  • Specimens shipped from addresses in Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $30 per shipment.
  • Shipping arrangements for Specimens shipped from addresses in other countries must be made in advance. Please Contact Us to make arrangements.

Shipping Times

  • Under normal circumstances, orders ship within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern or 11 am Pacific may qualify for same day processing. For orders shipped overnight, this means the order can arrive the day after you placed the order.

Problems with Shipping

In the extremely rare case that we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a substitution of a drug test kit that will cover your needs at no extra charge. However, if you prefer, we will back order the items not currently available or cancel that portion of the order. We can also split the shipments if needed.

Note: In some cases, orders may arrive in different shipments since they may come from more than one shipping location or if a portion of the order is delayed.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify the shipping company immediately upon delivery, if possible. However, we must be notified within five (5) business days about the damage so appropriate action may be taken. Please keep all the items because we may want them returned.

Ship From

We store and ship our drug and alcohol testing kits and supplies from FDA 510k Cleared and ISO 13485:2003+AC:2007 Certified Facilities. This assures the highest level of legal protection for our Customers. If you purchase more than one product, you may receive your order in more than one shipment from more than one storage facility.

Ship To

We ship employment and pre-employment drug test kits to all 50 states in the U.S. We do not ship outside the US. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you do not have a residential or business address, please contact us for an alternative shipping procedure.

Tracking Orders

You will receive a Shipping Tracking Number directly from the carrier or from us at the email address you registered at time of purchase. We will provide the carrier with your email address for this purpose only.

International Order Information


  1. We only ship to locations within the USA. You may make arrangements to have the order picked up or you can choose to ship to a company that will then ship the order to your international location.
  2. All orders must be inspected before they leave the USA. If there are any irregularities found with the order, we will only process replacements to the shipping address within the USA and according to the timelines as per our published Problems with Shipping Policies.
  3. It is understood that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping arrangements, fees, duties and legal issues for items that ship outside of the USA or back to the USA. We will not accept any claim of damage, order irregularities or any liability for any reason once the shipment has left the USA. Please verify your order before it leaves the USA.


  • All payments for international orders must clear our bank before any order is shipped or allowed to be picked up.
  • Credit Cards: We only accept credit cards with a billing address within the USA.
  • Other Payment Methods: We will accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, and Cash.

How to Place an International Order: If you would like to place an International Order and the terms above are acceptable, please follow the steps below.

  1. Please create an account so that we may assign orders to your account.
  2. Through our Help Desk, please let us know what products you want and the quantity. Note: Please be sure to include Product Codes to avoid errors.
  3. Once we receive the information above, we will create an order for you in our store and send you an invoice by email with payment processing options.
  4. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and normally is ready for shipping or pickup within one (1) business day. Orders that are picked up by the customer may qualify for extra discounts.
