Problems with Shipping

In the extremely rare case that we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a substitution of a drug test kit that will cover your needs at no extra charge. However, if you prefer, we will back order the items not currently available or cancel that portion of the order. We can also split the shipments if needed.

Note: In some cases, orders may arrive in different shipments since they may come from more than one shipping location or if a portion of the order is delayed.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify the shipping company immediately upon delivery, if possible. However, we must be notified within five (5) business days about the damage so appropriate action may be taken. Please keep all the items because we may want them returned.

Please visit our Help Desk for issues regarding your order or feel free to Contact Us.

The Website Owner does not offer any such warranties of our own or extend any warranty. Please follow the manufacturer’s directions and contact them directly if you are in need of a warranty service.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee for any damaged or lost items, but we cannot accept items for return. This is a legal requirement. Manufacturers could not guarantee the quality of their products if they were resold from a return.
