However, if you prefer, we will back order the items not currently available or cancel that portion of the order. We can also split the shipments if needed.</p><p>Note: In some cases, orders may arrive in different shipments since they may come from more than one shipping location or if a portion of the order is delayed.</p><p>If you receive a damaged item, please notify the shipping company immediately upon delivery, if possible. However, we <u>must</u> be notified within five (5) business days about the damage so appropriate action may be taken.
