The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) requires all companies which use commercial class driver’s licenses for employees to have an employee drug testing program for the following 5 specific categories of drugs: Cannabinoids, Cocaine,Amphetamines, Opiates and Phencyclidine.
