<p>The UNODC relies primarily on voluntary contributions and operates in all regions of the world&comma; assisting member States in their struggle against illegal drugs&comma; crime and international terrorism&period; Its goal is three-fold&colon; 1&period; To initiate field-based technical cooperation projects to fight drugs&comma; crime and terrorism&semi; 2&period; To do research and analytical work on drug and crime issues to expand the evidence base for policy and operational decisions&semi; 3&period; To assist States in the ratification and implementation of international treaties&comma; in the development of legislation and the provision of services to treaty-based and governing bodies&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
