To ensure an instant employee drug test will hold up in court, all employees who test positive when using an instant drug testing kit should then be confirmed positive by using a laboratory <a href="/drug-test-confirmation-mro-services">Confirmation or Confirmation with <abbr title="Medical Review Officer">MRO</abbr> Services</a>.</p>
