CNOA is the largest non-profit corporation dedicated to training law enforcement professionals in all areas of narcotic enforcement activities. The CNOA Legislative Committee tracks and lobbies for laws related to the fight against drug abuse. The CNOA also managed the Narcotic Educational Foundation of America (NEFA).
