<p>The Department of Transportation (<abbr title="Department of Transportation">DOT</abbr>) requires that an Authorized Employment Drug Testing Facilitator be present when the Screening Test Technician Training Video is being presented. A Drug Testing Facilitator is someone with at least one year’s experience working as a <a href="/resources/glossary/define-screening-test-technician-stt">Screening Test Technician (<abbr title="Screening Test Technician">STT</abbr>)</a> or training STTs. Without that experience, a Facilitator must complete a &#8220;train the trainer&#8221; STT course offered by OraSure Technologies or an authorized <abbr title="Q.E.D. A150 Alcohol Test">Q.E.D.</abbr> Distributor or STT Trainer.</p>
